1: Cut out a square from pre-made puff pastry or from scratch.
2: Roll out the pastry to roughly 4-6 inches by 4-6 inches.
3: Add your favorite jam to the center of the pastry.
4: Fold the corners into the center.
5: Brush with an egg wash and dust with sugar.
6: Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
7: Bake at 400°F for 16-20 minutes until golden brown.
