Sugar Cookie

1: Beat butter and sugar together until lightens in color.

2: Incorporate one egg at a time, beating well in between.

3: Add vanilla, zest, and lemon juice once well combined.

4: Add dry ingredients until fully mixed.

5: Divide the dough into 2-3 equal squares, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).

6: Roll out the chilled dough.

7: Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.

8: Ice and enjoy!
